Rebeccah Kocak,

Rebeccah earned her RYT200 from the Zarnay School of Yoga in Haverhill, MA. There she developed a special interest in yoga for children and went on to become certified through ChildLight Yoga in Maine.
Rebeccah teaches with humor from her Pre-K yoga classes through her Chair Yoga for Seniors classes. She strongly believes that if class is fun, students will get more out of it. Through her teaching style, Rebeccah reinforces the principle that only you can control your own mood and attitude. Rebeccah, a long time believer in the holistic approach, has seen how yoga has helped not only herself but her children and other family members.
Rebeccah's personal practice consists of Bikram yoga and various forms of hatha yoga. Please join Rebeccah at Healing Hands Chiropractic for Kids Yoga classes.
