Services and Rates
We are insurance providers of Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Uni-Care and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. The pricing below is for non-insured patients. We also offer easy and affordable monthly membership Health Investment Plans for the non-insured or those with high copays and deductibles.

| New Patient Consultation & Examination Chiropractic care emphasizes the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself without the use of drugs or surgery. At this first visit a comprehensive medical history, chiropractic and postural examination w/ range of motion evaluation as well as static and motion palpation of the spine will be performed to determine appropriate treatment plan. $50 without insurance or copay is due at time of service. | Second Visit: Results of Exam & First Adjustment This visit is the follow-up visit to the New Patient Consultation & Examination. The doctor will discuss her findings from the first visit and give recommended treatment plan at this visit. First adjustment will be performed at this visit based on medical necessity. | Individual Chiropractic Adjustment This appointment is for established patients only. Payment is due at time of service. Our per diem TOS discount rates are$40 for adults and children. | Family Chiropractic Adjustment This service is for already established chiropractic patients. Please use this option when booking a chiropractic visit for 2 or more family members. Under the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section, please list the first names of those getting adjusted. Ex: John, Mary, Sue. Payment or copay is due at time of service. Family Discount Plans are available.
