Birth Classes
Bradley® Method classes are small enough for individual attention – no more than 6 – 8 couples. Classes are held over a 12-week period, meeting once a week for about 2 hours. We cover relaxation, physiology, nutrition and parenting skills, with special attention given to the coach – we want our coaches schooled in great techniques for managing labor and birth. We also advise our students on how to be an intelligent consumer of obstetric services, while communicating positively with your birth team. The cost of our classes is $350, which includes the 12-week session, student workbook and supporting materials.
Below you will find the next series start dates. Series are 12 weeks long beginning on the dates below (for example, if you join the February series, you will meet for 12 Sundays beginning on February 6th.)
